What are the experts' opinions?

According to Indian dermatologist Dr. Nishtha Patel, many toxic chemicals are present in nail polish. According to experts, talvin is an important ingredient in the preparation of nail polish, which increases the shine of nail polish, but this ingredient can also cause headaches and dizziness.

One of the chemicals involved in the manufacture of nail polish is triphenyl phosphate, which experts believe can cause changes in the body's hormones and even the reproductive system.

Formaldehyde in nail polish has been linked to allergic problems and even cancer. Xylene, a chemical in nail polish, can cause dizziness and headaches in women, as well as irritation and eye problems.

 Precautions

When buying nail polish, be sure to read the ingredients on the label and choose a nail polish that is free of harmful chemicals and fragrances, choose a nail polish that is made with safe and environmentally friendly ingredients.

Do not rush to remove the nail polish once applied, take a break to remove the nail polish so that the health of the nails is not affected and the nails can also relax. Experts believe that the brighter the nail polish, the more likely it is to contain harmful chemicals, so hygiene-conscious people should avoid nail polish altogether.
