In view of the growing tension in the Middle East, British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has instructed British citizens to leave Lebanon immediately.
According to the report of the international news agency, the British Prime Minister has announced the deployment of 700 soldiers in Cyprus to evacuate British citizens from Lebanon.
According to foreign media, the decision was made at a Cobra meeting chaired by British Defense Secretary John Haley, two ships are already in the region to help evacuate British nationals.
British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has also ordered Royal Air Force aircraft and helicopters to be ready.
On the other hand, amid rising tensions between Israel and Hezbollah, British Airways has canceled flights to Israel.
