Five people died due to riots and sunstroke at the Indian air show.

 



Five people died of heatstroke during an Air Force air show in Chennai, India.


According to Indian media reports, a chaotic incident occurred yesterday during the Indian Air Force air show at Marina Beach in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.


The Indian media reported that the spectators had to stand in the sun for 3 hours to see the Sahil Prairie show, and that at the end of the show there was chaos at the exit, during which people died.


According to media reports, 5 people died from heatstroke and riots, while more than 100 people had to be hospitalized.The report said there was no adequate supply of drinking water for the spectators at the venue. 


According to Indian media, questions have been raised about the arrangements made by the Indian Air Force after the accident, as the Indian Air Force had decided to create a new world record by questioning the 1.5 million people who have attended the air show.
