Hezbollah has appointed Naeem Qasim as its new chief.

Beirut: Hezbollah appointed Naeem Qasim as party leader.

A month after the martyrdom of Hassan Nasrallah, the Lebanese resistance organization Hezbollah elected Naeem Qassem as its leader.

Naeem Qasim was the deputy of Hassan Nasrallah for a long time, and after the martyrdom of Hassan Nasrallah, he was appointed as the temporary head of the organization, although he had been a member of the Shura Committee of Hezbollah three times at once.

After the martyrdom of Hasan Nasrallah, there was a strong possibility that his cousin and son-in-law, Hashim Safiuddin, would be elected head of Hezbollah, but Safiuddin was also martyred in an Israeli attack a few days ago.

It should be noted that Hassan Nasrallah, who served as the secretary general and head of Hezbollah for a long time, was martyred in an Israeli attack last month.
