WhatsApp is adding a useful feature that will make forwarded messages even better. This feature will allow users to share custom messages by forwarding text, images, videos, documents or links.
According to a report by Wabetainfo, this new feature was seen in the new beta version of WhatsApp released for Android devices. Earlier, users could also add messages while forwarding images or videos.
But now users will be able to attach a personal message or explanation to any forwarded content. This new feature will allow users to add the necessary context or explanation to the forwarded content.
For example, if a user forwards a news article link, they will be able to add their thoughts, summaries or other text to it, eliminating the need for a follow-up message.
Similarly, when a text message is forwarded, users will be able to add additional details or instructions. As mentioned above, this feature is currently in beta, so it is difficult to say when it will be available to all users.
